Nader Khalil founded CEQA Labs LLC in 2023 to help environmental practitioners use AI with the discipline the administrative record demands. He brings more than seven years of CEQA/NEPA experience spanning environmental consulting, municipal planning, infrastructure, energy, long-range planning, public engagement, and multi-agency coordination.
Nader currently serves as a Senior CEQA/NEPA Project Manager & AI Specialist at AKS Engineering & Forestry. His prior experience includes roles at Aspen Environmental Group, ICF, CSG Consultants, and Meridian Consultants. Across those settings, he has paired hands-on document and project management experience with the design of AI-assisted research and drafting workflows.
